Property Areas in North Cyprus

As with all newly establishing markets, trends start to develop in certain areas that attract certain property buyers.
The region towards the far East of North Cyprus Kyrenia for instance, covering areas such has Esentepe, Bahceli and Tatlisu has attracted investors, with it’s new road and Golf course this area is developing at pace, Changing from what was once a relatively inaccessible and completely untouched area, this region is a hot spot for tourism with many sites featuring communal on site facilities and a wealth of buy to let investments available. Still in its fledgling stages of development this areas strength is in its future and the development facilities.

Closer in towards Kyrenia on the East, and then out to the west, in areas such as Catalkoy, Bellapais, Alsancak and Lapta, the market has been established that little bit longer (all of 4 years!) and the development has featured around the existing North Cyprus villages in these areas, making use of the amenities that were in place. This in turn has lead to the expansion of these areas to become well established, with a greater number of restaurants, bars, shops in North Cyprus and well run beaches to service the needs of the purchasers here. Making this area traditionally more popular for residential properties, and now more recently, holiday homes as well.
