Welcome to the 25th edition of the Unwin Newsletter. Despite tourism levels on the island being slightly lower than anticipated we have still experienced a very busy summer on the property front, not only in property sales but also in the growing rental market. With this in mind we have made some decisive changes within the company personnel, bringing in seven new members of staff - four in sales, two in letting’s and one in after-sales. This should greatly improve the service that we provide to our clients as we look to take the company forward once more to the next level. In another step to make contact with our company easier for our extensive client base in the UK, old and new, we are now fully ‘SKYPED’ up with 6 dedicated phone lines. 20.12.06 - 22ND Edition Newsletter

WELCOME TO THE CHRISTMAS EDITION OF OUR NEWSLETTER. As we approach the end of yet another busy year, we have time to reflect on just how successful the year has been. The summer started off brilliantly when in May we recorded our best sales month ever, since we opened our doors over 7 years ago. June was unusually quiet, which was largely put down to the World Cup in Germany, as people stayed at home to enjoy the atmosphere in the local bars & pubs. From then on the only way was up with the record breaking trend continuing through July to October. During this time we also acquired the premises next door to our Head Office, so after a major refit, our main Head Quarters have now doubled in size to a very spacious 260m2 office space. Also, in September of this year, the Orams' sensationally won their legal case in the UK law courts, thus paving the way for future investors to buy with confidence. All in all, 2006 has been a very positive year and with the Esentepe golf course due to open in the spring and direct flights becoming more imminent by the day, the hope is that 2007 will be even better! Welcome to the 21st Edition of the Unwin Newsletter. We are well and truly into the summer season now (or silly season as we call it) and the property market is certainly hotting up! May & June were the best on record, following on from an extremely busy spring. Once again we are looking forward to a very exciting height to the season in July and August as the momentum from the early part of the year continues. Within the company there has been lots of other exciting things going on as we work endlessly to make sure that we have the right properties available to reflect the current state of the market. We have also been working extremely hard on our latest charity money raiser, which is nearly at it's £20,000 target. Welcome to the 19th edition of the Unwin Newsletter. As we enter 2006 there is a great deal of positivity surrounding the year ahead, not just for the property market but for Northern Cyprus as a whole. Some major projects involving large foreign investors are now coming towards completion including the "Golf & Country Club" in Esentepe as well as 2 major hotels, one either side of Girne (Kyrenia). Cyprus Paradise are currently advertising for the first time in the major travel agents on the UK High Streets alongside other world tour operators, guaranteeing that tourism in the TRNC will continue to grow steadily. Add to this the renewed talks that could see direct flights from the UK within a year, and you can see why the property market over the coming months is going to be a very positive one!
