For a small monthly fee, Unwin Property Management will provide you
with the peace of mind of locking your doors behind you and being assured
that your home in Northern Cyprus will be looked after while you are away.

maintenance and management of your property. Our commitment is taken seriously,

Estate Agents Property Management is not a 'one-person' show, we are capable and determined
to ensure that your property in Northern Cyprus is always taken care of to the highest possible

From as little as £35.00 per month, Unwin Property Management will
provide the following services:
- Routine weekly property security inspection throughout the year
- Collecting and paying of household bills
- Organising general maintenance on the property ie. Cleaning, gardening,
decorating, emptying and cleaning of swimming pool.
- Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging
clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
- Preparation and updating of accounts and emailing/faxing to owner
when requested.
- Supervising any contractors required to do work at the villa, i.e.
pool maintenance, gardener etc.
- Dealing with any emergency situations i.e. burst pipe, leaking tank
etc.
